Millennium Square is Leeds’ award winning city centre outdoor public space and live entertainment venue. Since being established in 2001 the square has hosted many high profile events, and has attracted many thousands of visitors to the city each year... and this year is no different!
Together with Heart, Leeds City Council are bringing the sunshine to the city centre all summer long!
Euro 2016 Football Screenings (16th June -10th July)
As England take to the pitch this Summer, Millennium Square will play host to the live tournament coverage on the big screen, with specific arrangements for a family audience! It's alcohol free, so the whole family can get involved and enjoy the festival atmosphere!
Wimbledon 2016 Screenings (27th June - 10th July)
It wouldn't be summer in Leeds without live tournament coverage of Wimbledon on the big screen! With artificial grass and picnic bench style seating, plus themed concessions (to run in conjunction with Euro screenings above) - it's going to be an event to remember! Come on Andy!!!

Leeds' Summer Series (22nd July - 6th August)
A plethora of Summer Activities will arrive on Millennium Square towards the end of July! With so much going on, you're not going to want to miss a moment! Musical performances from the likes of Ocean Colour Scene, Film Screenings including Grease and Avengers Assemble - plus Street Food, Motown and Leeds Pride - there really is only one place to be! City Beach & Olympic Live (13th August – 4th September)
The annual urban beach, complete with themed fair rides, will once again be transforming Leeds in to a seaside paradise this Summer! Coming to Millennium Square for three weeks during the Summer Holidays, the beach will be free to attend and will help promote Leeds as the number one Child Friendly City!
