Marcia: Definitely a Real Redhead

If you were wondering if that fierce head of red hair on Marcia Cross was the real thing, now there's proof. If you were wondering if that fierce head of red hair on Marcia Cross was the real thing, now there's proof. Phoenix-based agent David Hans Schmidt claims that he has nude photos of "Desperate Housewives'" star Marcia Cross – and he says that the pics prove definitively that, as he puts it, "the carpet does match the curtains."

Schmidt, the purveyor of the Dustin "Screech" Diamond sex tapes recently previewed on TMZ, says that he is representing the owner of a garbage hauling firm that found over 200 personal pictures of Cross, including her showering in the buff outside, in her garbage, according to Rush & Molloy. And even though Cross is demanding their return, arguing that they are the copyrighted property of her and her husband, Tom Mahoney, Schmidt says that the pictures "were not stolen. When you throw something away, you forfeit that property." Schmidt claims he also has the actress' tax returns, but "out of respect for Ms. Cross," won't discuss how much she makes. Ever heard of a shredder, Marcia?

K-Fed: Big Bomb in Big Apple

Who wants to hear Kevin Federline rap? No one in New York, apparently. The aspiring rapper, whose tour starts this week, might get his New York stop canceled due to pathetic ticket sales.

Page Six reports this morning that so few $20 tickets have been sold for K-Fed's concert this coming Saturday at Manhattan's Webster Hall that the venue, which is fairly small-capacity to begin with, is thinking of nixing the gig because, as a Post source puts it, "New Yorkers are clearly not fans of 'PopoZao.'" But it wouldn't' be the first time that K-Fed – the self-described "most underrated" performer ever -- has under-performed. His concert in Cleveland was 86ed because of lack of interest.

Greasy Bear Balks at Bill

Brandon Davis might have a billion-dollar oil fortune waiting to fall into his lap, but he still gets a little skittish when it comes to paying his bar tabs. According to Rush & Molloy, Davis and fellow Team Firecrotch member and record-producer pal Scott Storch made the scene at red-hot LA nightspot Area last week. When the waitress came over to hand over the bill, Davis "didn't like [it]," so Storch had to take care of the check for him. R&M's adds that Davis and Storch – founding members of Team Firecrotch if there were any – sat at a table next to former rant-target Lindsay Lohan, and even chatted with her briefly.

Weekend Box: "Saw III" Slashes Huge Opening

Yes, it was Halloween weekend, and, yes, "Saw III" is a slasher flick. But even with that propitious setup, "Saw" did a remarkable weekend, grossing $34.3 million to top the box-office charts. The third installment in the series was Lionsgate's biggest debut in the studio's history, says Variety. Meanwhile, Martin Scorsese's "The Departed" continued to hold its own, coming in second place again, with a total take of $91 million since its release earlier this month. Another debut, "Catch a Fire," a political drama, petered out with $2 million, while Clint Eastwood's World War II drama "Flags of our Fathers" took in $6.3 million in its second weekend.

Party Favors: TomKat at Armani Villa? ... Dupri Set to Join Jay-Z ... Jacko To Make Rare Public Appearance ... Bruno Nets Much Gelt for "Borat" Creator

Not George Clooney's place, not the Villa d'Este. So where is TomKat supposedly getting married today? According to MSNBC, it's Giorgio Armani's villa in Italy. Katie and Tom are already having their outfits designed by the guy, so they may as well use his pad as well ... Jermaine Dupri (Janet Jackson's record-producer boyfriend), who just left Virgin Records acrimoniously, now might be on his way to Island/Def Jam, where he'd have to work for (not with) Jay-Z, which has rap insiders raising eyebrows, say Rush & Molloy ... Michael Jackson will make a rare appearance at the World Music Awards in London next month to accept the Diamond Award. Lindsay Lohan will be hosting ... Sacha Baron Cohen, known to many as Borat, has sold his next alter-ego's picture – "Bruno" – to Universal Pictures for $42.5 million, which is surprising as "Borat" hasn't even opened yet and no one has any idea how the flick will do.
