Heart’s Christmas Call on The Heart Network, December 2015
RULES
1. The following rules (“Rules”) together with Global Radio’s ("Global Radio") general and competition terms and conditions (the “Terms and Conditions”) (which can be found at http://www.heart.co.uk/terms-conditions/) apply to ‘Heart’s Christmas Call’ radio competition ("the Competition") which will run from 14/12/2014 to 18/12/2014 (“the Duration”). The "Radio Station" is The Heart Network.
2. Anyone who enters the Competition (an “Entrant”) will be deemed to have understood these Rules along with the Terms and Conditions and will be bound by them. The Terms and Conditions are available on request from the Radio Station.
Details of the Competition:
3. To enter the Competition an Entrant must Listen to the Heart Network each weekday between 10:00 and 16:00. The presenter(s) will play a clip of a song and Listeners will need to identify the name of that song.
Send a text message with the word “CHRISTMAS” and their answer to 82122 (the “Text Message Line”). Text messages will be charged at £1.00 plus standard network rate.
The opening and closing times of the Text Message Line will be given out on air. If you text after the closing time you will not be entered but may still be charged.
4. Entrants will receive a response text message containing the name of one of Santa’s Reindeer. This reindeer name will be different each day.
5. After the closing time, one entrant with the correct answer will be selected from all the entries and shall be called. The entrant must answer the phone straight away with the Reindeers name before saying anything else in order to win the prize. If the entrant fails to answer with the correct Reindeer’s name or says something else before saying the Reindeer’s name another entrant will be selected. This process will continue until one entrant answers with the correct Reindeer’s name immediately and is deemed the winner.
6. All entrants will be required to talk to the presenter/s and a call will be recorded with the presenter/s and may be played on-air. If entrants fail to answer their phone, are driving, or if any fault occurs immediately prior to or during these calls and it is not possible to re-establish contact with the caller, another contestant will be selected at random. The call will be made each day between 15:30 and 16:00 and will be pre-recorded and then played out on air. Entrants should expect the call during this time and understand that the time the call is made and recorded will not be the same time as it is broadcast on-air.

7. Entrants must be aged 18 or over.
8. You can enter a maximum of 5 times each day in order to limit excessive use.

9. Each prize must be won by a separate individual
10. Prizes are non-transferrable and there is no cash alternative
11. Although we will endeavor to deliver prizes by 24th December 2015, Global Radio are not responsible for the failure of delivery and courier partners for non-delivery for any reason, including those attributed to the winner.
12. Prizes will be delivered to the prizewinner’s home address and/or their local Heart station address.
13. Global Radio reserves the right to substitute any part of the prize at any time.
14. Global Radio reserves the right to change or amend these rules at any time.
