WBA (Regular) lightweight champion Gervonta Davis is ready to face the biggest challenge of his career against his arch-rival Ryan Garcia. The two will finally meet inside the squared circle after almost 2 years of back and forth. However, ‘Tank’ has seemingly been a bit busy, as he visited Jon Jones’ training camp ahead of UFC 285.
The 35-year-old beat French fighter Ciryl Gane for the heavyweight championship in a dominant fashion, at UFC 285. Despite this, Davis was not able to witness ‘Bones’ reclaim another UFC championship after revealing UFC’s move that he disliked. He also revealed who he bet his money to win the fight.

In a recent Tweet, the WBA champion came out and answered a fan who asked him what he thought about Jones’ performance. Davis then claimed that he had not watched the fight but bet on Jones to win via knockout. Moreover, he added that the reason why he skipped the event was that the UFC didn’t provide him with the tickets he wanted for this event. In addition, he also praised Jones and Cody Garbrandt for their performances at the event.

Davis’ prediction would only come out half true as Jones did win the fight but through a submission instead of a KO. Moreover, the fans were also quick to react to ‘Tank’ slamming the UFC publically for not meeting his demands.

The fans were not shy to call out Davis for pointing it out to the UFC for not giving him the best seats in the house.
